MPC - BSBOPS505 & BSBLDR522 - This unit is apart of the Diploma of Customs Broking (TLI50186) and the Diploma of International Freight Forwarding (TLI50019)
Manage organisational customer service and manage people performance.  This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to develop strategies to manage organisational systems that ensure products and services are delivered and maintained to standards agreed by the organisation and describes the skills and knowledge required to manage the performance of staff that are direct reports.

MSP - TLIR4001 & TLIR4002 - This unit is apart of the Diploma of Customs Broking (TLI50186)
Monitor supplier performance and source goods/services and evaluate contractors This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to monitor the performance of contracted suppliers of goods/materials/services in compliance with workplace procedures and requirements. This unit also involves the skills and knowledge required to source goods/services and to evaluate contractors in accordance with workplace policy and procedures.

BSBMGT502 Manage people performance; BSBCUS501 Manage quality customer service: MPC is a clustered study module typically taken in Program Four. This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to develop strategies to manage staff performance, development of key result areas and key performance indicators and standards, as well as areas of coaching and feedback. The unit also covers the development of strategies to manage organisational systems that ensure products and services are delivered and maintained to standards agreed by the organisation.

TLIR4001 Monitor supplier performance; TLIR4002 Source goods/services and evaluate contractors: MSP is a clustered study module typically taken in Program Three. This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to source goods/materials/services, evaluating and selecting contractors including analysing supply requirements, monitoring the performance of contracted suppliers of goods/materials/services including administering the supplier contract, assessing for conformity to contracted requirements and completing all required documentation concerning the contract.
