Join the IFCBAA


Membership to the IFCBAA offers you a variety of benefits including discounted industry training and networking events.

We have various levels of membership to suit the needs of individuals, businesses, service providers and students within the Customs Broking and Freight Forwarding industry.

The annual membership fees will cover you for financial year (July–June) and reduced pro-rata fees apply for applications received during the financial year, which must be approved by the Board.

IFCBAA offers business membership to a sole proprietor, a partnership or corporation which (principally) engages in the business of customs broking and/or international freight forwarding industry related services.

Your membership fees are calculated on the number of employees who hold a current Customs Broker Licence or by the number of State branches for Freight Forwarders.

Please note:  when a customs broker leaves the company the individual membership is not transferable.

Individual Member Fact Sheet

Individual Member Application  

A Student member is a student who is enrolled in the Diploma of Customs Broking or Diploma of International Freight Forwarding with ITALC (International Trade and Logistics College).

Student Member Application  

A Licentiate member is an individual who has graduated from the Diploma of Customs Broking and is currently working towards obtaining their customs brokers licence.

Licentiate Membership

AFFILIATE BUSINESS  

 
An Affiliate Business member is a business which is a service provider to the logistics industry and is not eligible for membership as an individual, business or student member of the Association.

Such members do not have the right to vote in respect of Association matters.
